25% of the courses can be customized in the existing catalogue without any additional costs involved. Beyond 25%, customization will attract actual costs involved in the customization process as per mutually agreeable requirements.


What is the scope of customization? Can new courses be replaced in the existing catalogue or is it limited to change in Learning Paths of existing courses?

At Sarder Learning, we understand that every organization will have it’s own training needs due to unique business objectives and workforce requirements. Hence, customization is possible in both ways i.e. replacing existing courses with newer ones or rearranging Learning Paths of existing courses.

What is Final Assessment?

Final Assessment is Scenario Based Questions based Assessment Quiz to assess overall learning outcome of the course. A scenario is a snapshot of an event, generally providing a brief description of a problem that you need to solve or give advice on. Final Assessment is essential to generate your Course Completion Certificate.


What is the Knowledge Check Assessment?

Courses are divided into Modules and Units; each module will have Knowledge Check to Take the Quiz to check what you've learned. All Knowledge Checks must be completed before starting the Final Assessment. This Quiz is essential to generate your Course Completion Certificate.


What is Pre-Assessment? Is it mandatory to attempt it?

Pre-Assessment has been introduced to prepare yourself for the Course, It is not mandatory to start the course, but it is recommended to take Pre-Assessment to have prior understanding of the subject.


What are the Assessment methods and scoring?

Course contains number of Assessment questions, which is Multiple Choice Questions, associated with course modules, Assessment has been categorized in three categories
