With an extensive background in performance psychology, Daniel has dedicated his professional career to leadership development, the development of teams and the advancement and maintenance of high achieving cultures. In working alongside executives and organizational teams, Daniel has guided developmental growth and positive advancements in both large and small organizations. As an author and speaker, he advanced concepts related to change management, motivational strategies, personal growth and cultural innovations. He also has extensive experience working with teams ranging from athletic and corporate to nonprofit and governmental, and is firmly guided by the belief that groups best learn when participants can contribute and feel inspired by peers.
