Phil Weinzimer is the author of The Strategic CIO: Changing the Dynamics of the Business Enterprise, and is also President of Strategere Consulting. Previously Mr. Weinzimer was Managing Principal of Professional Services for IT Business Management at BMC Software and held Managing Principal positions in the Professional Services organizations of ITM Software, CAI, and Sapient.
