Sarah Nicholl has focused her career on extending the reach of learning through technology. Over the past 20 years, Sarah has consulted with companies to design enterprise learning programs, implement learning and talent platforms, lead strategy engagements, and advise on measuring learning's impact on business outcomes. Sarah has authored several methodologies and white papers, and led webinars and presented at conferences worldwide. Sarah holds a Masters of Education focused on learning, work and change and is interested in how technology is shaping the skills we'll need in the future and the impact on workplace learning. Today, Sarah serves as the Director, Customer Success for D2L where she works with D2L's corporate clients to help them achieve measurable value from engaging learning programs on the D2L platform.
